Peak Management is seeking a ROCKSTAR Property Manager to oversee 300+ units in Overland Park, Kansas. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a Property Manager role with staff leadership and strong budgeting, finance, leasing, and operations skills, plus a solid understanding of Fair Housing.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.

• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
