In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop property management staff, ensuring they understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors, while mentoring your team to achieve goals.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Expand the business by maintaining existing clients and engaging prospective ones.
• Manage daily operations proactively, anticipating and responding to challenges.

What You’ll Bring

• 5-8 years of experience managing commercial real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and staff management experience.
• Proficiency with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI, etc.
• Understanding of financial reports and basic business fundamentals, including P&L management.

Bonus Skills and Experience

• Industry certifications like CPM or RPA are preferred.
• Knowledge of market cycles and strategic planning skills.
• Accountability in managing budgets and capital expenses.
