Job description

Our Property & Casualty insurtech client is growing and in need of a Corporate Counsel to act as the go-to legal partner across Marketing, Product, and Business Development, ensuring that innovation and compliance go hand in hand.

You will provide guidance on marketing, privacy, and customer communications, create and implement compliance policies on all external collateral and lead generation initiatives, draft and revise carrier agreements, and oversee TCPA, CCPA, and other data privacy laws.

Minimum requirements include a minimum of 5 years of experience as in-house property & casualty lead generation or insurtech counsel working closely on compliance matters. The position can be remote from the New York area, but you must be willing to visit their greater Boston-based HQ twice a month.
