Rutgers University in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Property Manager within the Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O). The role reports to the Assistant Director of Asset Management and sits in the Material and Logistical Services area, managing campus-wide fleet, equipment, and facility services.
Responsibilities include securing and maintaining equipment for IP&O, coordinating fleet maintenance, stock materials, and vendor engagement for fleet vehicle builds.
Position Information
The Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O) employs a workforce of approximately 2,700 staff, represented by 15 collective negotiations agreements, and is responsible for institutional strategic initiatives and operations, which encompasses an expansive range of comprehensive service and business operations across the State of New Jersey. These include planning and construction, facilities, public safety and emergency operations, environmental health and safety, transportation, housing, and auxiliary/retail operations.

This position's classification holds a vital role with the Material and Logistical Services area within IP&O (Institutional Planning and Operations).

Mid Range Salary: 90435.000
Maximum Salary: 109422.000
