Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead Westgate Apartments, a 795-unit property in Manassas, Virginia. You can become an integral part of a team that is consistently rated top in customer service and driven to positively impact our residents, employees, and owners.

You Will Need:

• Prior property management experience managing at least 500+ units.
• Proven leadership and motivational skills.
• Knowledge and practical application of the VRLTA.
• Proficiency with multiple software applications.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• CPM, CAPS, or ARM Certification

• Comprehensive Health, Vision and Dental Insurance
