Job summary

BG Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to lead a portfolio of retail and office properties in Irvine. This role focuses on optimizing operations, tenant relations, and financial performance to maximize profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of commercial property management experience, budgeting and leadership skills, and an active Real Estate Salesperson License; CPM/RPA is a plus. This on-site role supports multiple properties with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, expense management, and property operations.
• Strong tenant relations, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi.
• Active Real Estate Salesperson License required by the hiring team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail and office properties, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, security, and overall property performance.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, prepare financial reports, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships, address concerns, coordinate tenant requests, and manage lease obligations and renewals.
• Select, negotiate with, and oversee vendors and service providers to ensure quality work and adherence to budgets.
• Collaborate with leasing professionals to support tenant retention, occupancy goals, and property marketing initiatives.
• Ensure properties meet applicable regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare regular financial, operational, and property performance reports for ownership and senior management.
• Coordinate and support property management staff to maintain efficient operations and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Real Estate Salesperson License required, as specified by the hiring team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
