• 8+ years of progressive property management experience, ideally in residential assets.

Role Description

The Senior Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cedar Rapids/ Iowa City, IA, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of a portfolio of real estate assets.
