This role requires a high level of ownership and is ideal for professionals skilled in operations, financial oversight, and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for tenants and property owners, ensuring excellent service and communication
• Manage maintenance requests, vendor coordination, project timelines, and site inspections
• Review and approve invoices and expenditures according to management contracts
• Oversee leasing activities, including onboarding new tenants, managing move-outs, and lease administration
• Collaborate on capital improvement projects and tenant buildouts with internal teams
• Lead financial management tasks such as budgeting, variance analysis, and expense reconciliation
