Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across properties, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency response. You will manage digital work orders, inventory, and purchasing, and help maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and boilers while ensuring safety and compliance.

This role requires 3–5 years of onsite supervisory maintenance experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CRMT certification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of full-time maintenance experience with onsite supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong English communication; able to read/write instructions clearly.
• Demonstrates safety, problem-solving, and tool-handling skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs daily maintenance operations, repairs, turnovers, and preventive maintenance.
• Manages digital work orders, inventory, and purchasing; supports groundskeeping and pools.
• Inspects properties, ensures safety, compliance with OSHA and housing laws.
• Responds to on-call emergencies and coordinates with management.
• Maintains building systems: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and equipment.
• Travels to assigned properties and documents activities and expenses.
