Job summary

Dominium seeks a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections across properties. The role manages digital work orders, inventory, and procurement, and supports groundskeeping and pool care while complying with OSHA and Fair Housing standards.

Regular travel to assigned properties is required, with on-call duties and training participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CRMT certification preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of fulltime maintenance experience with progressively responsible onsite supervisory duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to read and write instructions and correspondence clearly.
• Solid reasoning and troubleshooting abilities; able to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions and resolve problems with multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Executes all essential duties of the Lead Maintenance Technician and/or Maintenance Technician as needed.
• Participates in ongoing property improvement planning, preventive maintenance programs, and required inspections.
• Responds to on-call emergencies per schedule, arrives onsite promptly per policy.
• Reviews daily digital work orders, updates documentation, and communicates delays to residents and management.
• conducts routine property, building, and unit inspections and reports unsafe conditions.
• Provides general repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
