Job summary

Milhaus is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance across properties. You will lead a team in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds, while managing repairs, budgeting, and ensuring high resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to plan preventative maintenance programs. A high school diploma and EPA certification are preferred, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA designation/certification preferred.
• English proficiency in written and spoken form essential.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and cost-control abilities.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in multi-family or commercial properties.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform maintenance tasks; ensure service requests completed within 24 hours.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training as needed.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and curb appeal upkeep.
• Oversee budget preparation and ensure expenses stay within budget.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
