Responsibilities

• Monitor unit turns and curb appeal; manage budgets with Property Manager.
• Source vendors, maintain inventory, and enforce preventive maintenance programs.
• Address maintenance-related resident concerns and maintain service quality.
• Prepare upkeep schedules within budget and mentor staff.
