Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing; multilingualism a plus.
• HVAC experience preferred; electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Proficient computer and smartphone literacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff efforts.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including HVAC; diagnose problems.
• Perform or assign carpentry tasks (doors, jambs, molding, doors/locks).
• Handle electrical duties (lighting, wiring, power circuits, switches, ballasts).
• Perform plumbing tasks (sinks, toilets, faucets, pipes).
• Interface with contractors and vendors; prepare bid specs and solicit bids.
