Qualifications

• Strong maintenance skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ability to manage maintenance requests and preventative maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of property safety, budgets and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment and electrical panels.
• Maintains pools and pool equipment; repairs appliances as needed.
• Performs general carpentry and painting tasks; handles motors and controls.
• Manages on-call emergency maintenance rotation and response times.
• Oversees stock, tools, and workshop organization to ensure safety.
• Tracks preventative maintenance, work orders, and invoices weekly.
