You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general building systems to ensure resident satisfaction and property value. Responsibilities

• HVAC equipment maintenance
• Electrical panels and lighting maintenance
• Pools and pool equipment upkeep
• Appliances in apartments maintenance
• General plumbing
• General carpentry
• Electric motors, controls and auxiliary equipment maintenance
• Inspect apartments for appearance, cracks, wear; report repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site
• Inventory management and shop maintenance
