Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and apartment grounds and common areas.
• Perform repairs toHVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry as needed.
• Schedule and supervise 3+ maintenance staff; assign tasks.
• Prepare units for new tenants and move-outs; complete paperwork promptly.
• Ensure safety procedures and use of protective equipment at all times.
