Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant maintenance experience or a trade certificate.
• HVAC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service air conditioners, including removal and possible installation.
• Perform minor electrical repairs inside and outside units (breakers, outlets, switches, lighting).
• Carry out plumbing repairs and general carpentry/repair tasks as needed to prepare units for rent.
• Schedule daily workload and maintain work orders; ensure safety and log books are up to date.
