Qualifications

• 3–5 years in building operations and maintenance.
• Experience leading a maintenance team.
• Experience diagnosing HVAC problems in large systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing trades.
• Ability to read blueprints/CAD (preferred).
• Lift up to 90 lbs.
• Boiler and electrical licenses preferred.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and custodial staff; hiring, training, scheduling, reviews.
• Develop and manage maintenance budget.
• Perform maintenance and repairs: plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, janitorial.
• Maintain maintenance logs and monthly reports.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities.
• Be available for after-hours on-call.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across property.
