Job summary

STI-TEC, a solutions provider, seeks qualified candidates to support USSOCOM SOF AT&L with ELMS modules including PA, ICP, M&U, and PA. The role emphasizes enterprise logistics management, property accountability, and data-driven reporting across multiple units and DoD partners.

Ideal candidates hold a Secret Clearance, a logistics/business degree, and 7–10 years of federal logistics/program management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required including coursework in logistics management, supply chain or business.
• Associates degree with 5 years of Logistics/Warehouse experience.
• Minimum 10 Years of combined experience with DoD or federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, IT, Material Management or Logistics, INCLUDING:
• Minimum 7 years experience as a government warehouse manager.
• Minimum 7 years in personnel management of teams larger than twenty.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Major Command.
• Experienced in demand analysis, stock level management and casusative research.
• DAU or service level trained Logistics or Acquisition Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide ELMS program implementation planning and reporting support to ALD leadership.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement PA module and sustain ELMS requirements.
• Work with supported units, higher HQ, and DoD/SOF activities to resolve property management problems.
• Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using ELMS data and visualization tools.
• Perform cross-functional activities in implementation, material management, operations, and process optimization.
• Maintain operational calendars, project plans, and create presentations for inquiries and reporting.
• Provide financial reporting information from ELMS to USSOCOM agencies as required.
• Support ELMS IO as AIO with coordination, validation and approval of user access packages.
• Employ MS Office Suite to manage workload and administrative work products.
• Ensure all personnel are current with APSR training.
