Job summary

Allstate Foundation is seeking a Field Property Adjuster in Wyoming to investigate and manage complex homeowners and farm/ranch claims. You will create comprehensive damage estimates, determine coverage, and negotiate settlements within authority, mentoring peers as needed.

The role requires strong estimating skills, proficiency with Xactimate, and the ability to handle challenging situations while delivering an exceptional customer experience for insureds in the state.

Qualifications

• Strong estimating skills and experience with complex homeowner losses.
• Experience handling farm and ranch claims is highly preferred.
• Must reside in Wyoming or nearby.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on the most complex first party homeowner losses of all severities
• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
• Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
• Recommends process improvements
