Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Property and Facilities Manager embedded with our client in San Francisco, overseeing building systems across high-end residences in San Francisco, Aspen, Palm Springs, and San Antonio. This senior role requires onsite presence and extensive travel.

You will lead maintenance programs, vendor networks, budgets, and capital projects, ensuring privacy, discretion and exceptional service. A personal vehicle is required; mileage is reimbursed. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of property management experience.
• Must be able to travel extensively across San Francisco, Aspen, Palm Springs and San Antonio properties.
• Must be legally eligible to work without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for all residential properties in the portfolio.
• Develop and implement multi‑year facilities management plans.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to evaluate property condition and efficiency.
• Advise leadership on capital allocation and risk exposure.
• Architect and govern preventative maintenance programs across building systems.
