Mahler Private Staffing is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee two luxury residences—one in Los Feliz, LA, and a mixed-use property in San Francisco’s SOMA. You will serve as the on-site owner’s representative during construction and manage all vendors, budgets, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years managing luxury estates or residences for UHNW principals or family offices
• Proven track record as owner's rep on construction and capital projects
• Deep knowledge of residential mechanical systems and preventative maintenance
• Experience with vendor contracts, budgets, FF&E, and art handling
• California grounds and water-use experience preferred; LA/SF networks are a plus
• Exceptional discretion, organization, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and presentation of both properties
• Act as the on-site owner's representative through construction and renovation
• Source, manage, and hold accountable all vendors and contractors in both cities
• Oversee mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool/spa, security, AV, generators
• Manage grounds, irrigation, and water-use compliance
• Maintain FF&E and art inventories, coordinating specialist care as needed
• Oversee vehicle upkeep, review invoices, and track property budgets

A private household seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee two residences: a large private compound in Los Feliz, Los Angeles (primary base) and a mixed-use property in San Francisco's SOMA district. Reporting to the Estate Manager, this is the household's dedicated property professional, responsible for construction oversight, mechanical systems, grounds, FF&E, art, and vehicles. Regular short notice travel to San Francisco is required.

Responsibilities

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and short-notice travel to San Francisco.

Compensation

Salary up to $200,000, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, paid time off, and an annual bonus.
