Qualifications include 5+ years in maintenance operations with 3 years of supervisory experience, universal HVAC certification, and a DC-3 license. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and familiarity with building codes are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance operations with 3 years in supervision.
• Proficient in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations to protect and improve asset value.
• Supervise assigned staff with direction and scheduling.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and future planning.
• Manage contracted services including bids and performance.
• Develop multi-year capital projects and supervise completion.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and integrity of all building areas.
• Coordinate with Tenant Coordination to deliver spaces to tenants.
