Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for residential communities in a Tampa area environment. You will supervise techs, manage make-ready processes, and ensure preventive maintenance programs run smoothly to preserve property value and safety.

You will apply 7+ years of facilities experience, HVAC/EPA/NAPE certification, and strong communication to deliver exceptional resident service and 24/7 coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in facilities or residential building maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and people development.
• HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Bozzuto values.
• Hire, mentor and develop techs and associates.
• Address resident maintenance requests with timely follow‑up.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
