• Interview property owners, occupants, and key staff to collect information.
• Review repair costs, occupancy, maintenance, and inspection reports.
• Collect photographs documenting system conditions and create observation records.
• Prepare estimated costs for major repairs and improvements.
• Explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
