Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Certification as either a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walk-through surveys to assess the condition of the property.
• Review repair costs, occupancy, maintenance, and inspection reports.
• Collect photographs of property systems and their condition for observation.
• Prepare estimated costs for large repairs and improvements.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
