The ideal candidate has at least seven years of relevant experience, strong analytical and negotiating skills, and the ability to foster interdepartmental relationships. Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years’ experience in casualty claims and/or specialty claims handling.
• Experience working claims in the Excess and Surplus Market.
• Excellent at establishing close working relationships with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Review claims and related systems and processes.
• Provide coverage, liability, and damages analyses for claims.
• Negotiate settlements and mitigate losses.
