Qualifications

• 5+ years first-party commercial/residential property and liability adjusting experience.
• Experience with estimating software and attention to damage valuation.
• Ability to assess negligence and calculate settlements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial field inspections and investigations.
• Interview insureds, claimants and witnesses; gather statements and reports.
• Prepare loss statements, reserve reports, and coverage analyses.
• Review coverage forms and endorse ments; document findings clearly.
