Job summary

IAT Insurance Group seeks a Senior Manager, Claims Services (Large Loss/Major Case Property) to lead our property claims teams across designated offices, including Raleigh, NC. The role is hybrid, with on-site Mon-Wed and optional remote Thu-Fri, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Fully remote arrangements may be considered for ideal candidates. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Commercial/Homeowners Property claims experience, plus 3+ years of management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years Commercial/Homeowners Property claims experience, or 9 years total with related experience.
• 3+ years of Management/Leadership experience.
• Must hold or be able to obtain Insurance License(s) within 3 months.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Large Loss/Major Case Property claims teams for operational efficiency.
• Provide training, mentoring, coaching, and guidance to staff.
• Ensure investigations/settlements/reserves/coverage matters are well managed.
