Job summary

IAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager, Claims Services (Large Loss/Major Case Property) with a hybrid schedule. The role oversees the Large Loss/Major Case Property claims teams, provides leadership, and collaborates with executives to drive operational efficiency.

Candidates should have 8+ years of property claims experience and 3+ years of management, with a valid license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant Commercial/Homeowners Property claims experience or equivalent
• 3+ years of Management/Leadership experience
• Must hold or obtain applicable Insurance Licenses within 3 months
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Large Loss/Major Case Property claims teams for efficiency
• Provide training, mentoring, coaching to staff
• Manage investigations, settlements, reserves, and coverage matters
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with AVP of Property on various matters
• Travel less than 25% for business
• Perform other duties as needed
