Job summary

COUNTRY Financial in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Property Claims Adjuster to join our field claims team. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle property claims, using both on-site inspections and drone-assisted assessments to provide a consistent, positive claims experience for clients.

This role requires 7+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and training, and includes potential for a Short-Term Incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Responsibilities

• Investigates claims by determining policy coverage, evaluates, negotiates and settles assigned claims.
• Initiates contact with insureds, claimants, and all relevant parties to gather information and explain the claims process.
• Completes physical and/or virtual inspections of damaged property and prepares written estimates.
• Maintains appropriate adjuster licensing as required by states of operation.
