Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year property adjusting experience.
• State adjusters license where required.
• Maintains own estimating software (Xactimate preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and commercial field inspections using Xactimate.
• Investigate claims by obtaining statements and interviewing relevant parties.
• Recommend claim reserves with a well-supported reserve report.
• Obtain and interpret official reports.
• Review coverage forms and provide analysis of coverage issues in a clear report to the client.
• Maintain product quality by adhering to best practices.
