Qualifications

• Florida All-Lines Adjuster license (620) required.
• 3+ years homeowner’s claims field adjusting experience.
• Proficient with Xactimate and sketching, including mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Prompt and courteous servicing of property claims, including insured and agency contact and follow through.
• Communicate with a variety of individuals to foster timely resolution of claims (policyholders, public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, experts).
• Timely identification, analysis and resolution of coverage issues arising in claims investigation.
• Factual investigation of cause of loss.
• Coverage determination based on policy and endorsements.
• Maintain proper file documentation reflecting progressive claim handling.
• Prepare Coverage and Payment Letters to settle and conclude the claim.
