Qualifications

• Active Florida All-Lines adjuster license (620) required.
• 3+ years of homeowner’s claims field adjusting experience.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and sketching (including mobile apps).

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of insured properties.
• Prompt and courteous servicing of property claims with policyholders, adjusters, vendors and experts.
• Identify and resolve coverage issues; perform factual investigation of causes of loss.
• Prepare Coverage and Payment Letters to settle claims.
• Maintain thorough file documentation reflecting progressive claim handling.
