Windward Risk Managers seeks a field-based Property Claims Adjuster to promptly inspect insured properties across the Florida region. The role requires on-site visits, thorough investigations, and timely communication with policyholders and other stakeholders.

Applicants must hold a Florida All-Lines adjuster license and have 3+ years of homeowner’s claims field experience, with strong Xactimate and sketching skills. Remote-friendly travel within Lee & Collier Counties area is expected.

Qualifications

• Florida All-Lines adjuster (620) license required.
• 3+ years homeowner’s claims field adjusting experience.
• Proficient with Xactimate and on-site sketching (iPad).
• Ability to work within deadlines and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prompt, courteous service of property claims with on-site inspections.
• Communicate with policyholders, adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and experts to drive timely resolutions.
• Identify and resolve coverage issues; conduct factual loss investigations.
• Maintain case documentation and issue settlement letters as needed.
