Starr Insurance, a global leader in commercial insurance, seeks a Senior General Adjuster to manage Property claims with a focus on coverage interpretation and BI. The role requires strong written and verbal communication and 5+ years in Property claim handling.

Responsibilities include claims administration in the system, coordinating with independent adjusters, evaluating policy coverage with insureds, and traveling to loss sites (about 10% of the time) to meet clients and market participants.

Competenze

• Requires strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• At least 5 years experience in handling Property claims.
• Knowledge of Property policy and Business Interruption coverage; ability to interpret coverage.

Mansioni

• Manage all claims administration functions in the claims system.
• Handle files with independent adjusters by providing direction on coverage and measurement of the claim.
• Evaluate policy coverage and communicate with insureds and other participating insurers.
• Work with underwriters on policy coverage and assist on policy wordings.
• Travel to loss sites and meetings with insureds and market members (approx. 10% travel).
• Demonstrate 5+ years of Property claims experience.
