Job summary

RENOSY by Renters Warehouse in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Property Accountant Manager to lead a 4-5 person team, ensuring accurate rent deposits, cash disbursements, and owner payments across multiple sites.

You will coach staff, assign daily to monthly tasks, optimize ACH flows, and collaborate with IT to improve accounting systems and year-end statements while delivering outstanding client service to property owners.

Qualifications

• Education: 2- or 4-year degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in property accounting and 3+ years managing accounting teams.
• Banking experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property accounting team handling rent deposits and cash disbursements.
• Be visible to all teams and coach staff, onboarding new members.
• Assign and monitor daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
• Manage owner concerns; provide service via phone and email.
• Oversee ACH payments and update related account information.
• Assist in year-end accounting and financial statements.
