RENOSY by Renters Warehouse is seeking a Property Accountant in Minneapolis, MN to join our busy accounting team. You will interact with property owners by phone and email to discuss statements, ledgers, and inquiries while processing payments and deposits.

The ideal candidate has experience in cloud-based accounting software, Excel, and a customer-service mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, support year-end close, and handle tax document prep.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree and 1–2 years in customer service or accounting.
• Strong computer skills with cloud-based software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide customer service.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Honesty, trustworthiness and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Process daily deposits and payments from property accounts.
• Read and interpret tenant and owner ledgers.
• Prepare and send owner accounting statements.
• Provide phone/email support to property owners.
• Assist in year-end accounting and tax documents.
• Support reconciliations and special projects.
