Jobot is seeking a Senior Property Accountant Manager for a hybrid role (office + remote). The candidate will oversee property accounting, financial reporting, and forecasting, while supervising a team and maintaining ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI, Real Page, TOPS, and Entrata.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar real estate/property accounting role.
• Proficient with Yardi, MRI, Real Page, TOPS, Entrata.
• CPA/CMA/CGA/CA a plus.
• Leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, GL, and taxes.
• Coordinate and direct preparation of forecasts, reports, and statements.
• Perform cash forecasting and management for liquidity.
• Review financial data for discrepancies and variances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Collaborate with departments to improve financial operations.
• Maintain financial systems (Yardi, MRI, Real Page, TOPS, Entrata).
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Provide strategic guidance on capital financing for growth.
