Job summary

3 Bridge Networks LLC in Seattle is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join a growing real estate platform. You’ll manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties and partner with property management and asset teams to drive accurate reporting.

This role offers exposure to acquisitions, development activity, and new projects, with room to take on more responsibility as the platform scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in real estate or property accounting
• Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Experience managing accounting for multiple properties or entities preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/property management systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with accounting and operational teams

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of real estate properties
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Handle month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
• Review property-level operating results and investigate budget-to-actual variances
• Partner with property management, asset management, development, and other internal teams
• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and new property transitions as the portfolio grows
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for audits and tax reporting
• Help improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls as the organization scales
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities based on interest and experience

We’re partnering with a high-growth real estate investment and development firm in Seattle that is continuing to expand its portfolio and accounting team.

This is a great opportunity for a strong property accountant who wants more than a traditional month-end role. You’ll work closely with accounting and business leadership, gain exposure across a growing portfolio, and support both existing assets and new development activity.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
