Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

An established and successful Commercial Real Estate Enterprise is adding a Senior Property Accountant to their team due to GROWTH. The Senior Property Accountant will work closely with Lease Administration, Risk Management, and Property Management as well as the Corporate Accounting Team. Amazing benefits and a hybrid schedule after training.

This Senior Property Accountant will:

• Prepare and review financial statements
• Analyze financial results for trends and variances in property performance
• CAM/Tax/Insurance reconciliations and billings
• Partner with Property Manager on classifying expenses and capital expenditures
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions for the properties
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Ad Hoc Projects when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years Commercial Real Estate accounting experience in retail/industrial/office
• Advanced Excel skills
• MRI or Yardi and Avid experience is a plus
