Description

• Lead and support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities
• Serve as a key liaison for external auditors, preparing audit schedules, supporting documentation, and responding to inquiries to ensure smooth audit execution
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries, maintaining a strong control environment and ensuring data integrity
• Assist with financial planning activities, including annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting needs, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and transparency to stakeholders

Requirements:

• CPA
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit
• A mix of public accounting (preferably Big 4) and corporate accounting experience
• Background in Real Estate or Construction industry strongly preferred
• Competitive base salary plus a 10–15% annual performance bonus
