Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational needs for commercial waterproofing projects.
• Support Project Managers with startup, schedule tracking, manpower coordination, material planning and closeout.
• Track milestones, deadlines, commitments, and outstanding actions.
• Maintain project data on contract values, change orders, billing status, and cost-to-complete.
• Produce monthly WIP schedules and project financial reports for leadership.
