Job summary

Atlas OT LLC seeks a Sr. Project Manager in Controls & Electrical Engineering to lead project delivery across our offerings. You will own execution strategy, resource planning, financial performance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement for the Projects organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role coordinating multi-discipline teams including subcontractors and vendors. The role combines strategic oversight with operational accountability; travel to client sites and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Controls) or equivalent.
• 10+ years in industrial automation/controls/EPC project delivery with leadership.
• PMP or PE or related PM certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass background and drug screening; safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: define and execute project delivery strategy, standards, and KPIs.
• Own P&L for projects: scope, estimating, margin protection, change management, closeout.
• Resource and utilization management across project teams.
• Support business development and pursue opportunities with strategic accounts.
• Ensure technical quality: review P&IDs, PFDs, control narratives, PLC/HMI architectures, FAT/SAT plans.
