Qualifications

• IN – Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• Licensed Land Surveyor in Indiana is required.
• 5+ years of experience in land surveying or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of boundary establishment methods and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Performs boundary calculations, analysis, and field support calculations.
• Prepares boundary resolution and calculations.
• Assigns tasks to survey crews and technicians; directs field work.
• Prepares easements, plats, and surveys; manages project scope and pricing.
• Conducts research including title reports, ROW/E, and land surveys; interprets deeds and maps.
• Manages project budgets and reports results to management.
