Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Supplier Quality Supervisor to oversee quality surveillance across multiple project sites, including capability surveys, audits, and post-award surveillance.

You will coordinate with procurement, engineering, and field teams to ensure alignment with project procedures and quality standards. You will lead a team of Supplier Quality Representatives and Area Supplier Quality Specialists, drive metrics, and support pre/post-award activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in inspection and testing activities.
• Minimum 4,000 hours of in-shop quality surveillance.
• ANSI/ASME Level II certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and administer Quality Surveillance Assignments for projects.
• Coordinate resource allocation for QSAs with regional managers.
• Lead supplier quality activities and supervise SQ reps and specialists.
• Review quality documents and ensure proper reporting in QSIS/GSIS.
• Lead development of SQ automation, data analysis and dashboards.
