Senior Project Superintendent - Water/Wastewater (Finance)

Job Summary
The Project Superintendent (PS) will plan, coordinate, and supervise the field and/or administrative operations of projects. They will provide technical direction and have responsibility for the safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work (including self-performed work) for the project(s). The PS will establish productivity goals and measure performance as well as schedule labor, materials, and equipment, including the work of subcontractors and may supervise one or more field superintendents. This position includes 'steps', which provide for a progression of skill and experience. - Sr. Project Superintendent I is capable of fairly large projects of $51-$100 million in size with typically 10-15 years' experience. - Sr. Project Superintendent II is capable of larger projects of a complex nature and/or multiple projects totaling $100-$199 million and typically with a minimum of 15 years' of experience.
