We are Hiring! We are Loveland Electric II, LLC, one of the top Electrical Contractors in South Florida!

We have an immediate opportunity for Electrical Superintendent with Industrial experience to join our team. This full-time position reports to the General Superintendent and requires solid industrial experience, with at least 6-8 years in a supervisory role. The role involves overseeing a crew of 8-10 at a Wastewater Treatment Plant. Candidates must have thorough knowledge of the Electric Code, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

(*We are seeking local candidates only; no relocation offered.)

· Competitive Compensation Package (Base $37.00-$40.00+ per hour)

· Health/Dental Insurance after 60 days of employment

· After 90 days: *6 Paid Holidays

· Vacation Pay: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years of employment

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all electrical operations and crew onsite
2. Coordinate manpower and quality control
3. Schedule onsite personnel and production
4. Generate weekly forecasts for materials and manpower
5. Communicate effectively with office staff, general contractor, and electrical inspector
6. Attend weekly meetings with the General Superintendent and Project Manager
7. Plan and procure materials
8. Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures
9. Submit daily reports
10. Submit weekly payroll hours

Skills Required:

• Thorough knowledge of Electric Code and its application
• Ability to read and follow plans and specifications
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications:

• Active Electrical Journeyman License (not required but preferred)
• Industrial experience (preferred but not required)
• 6-8 years in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of the electrical trade
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable insurance history
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
