Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Project Superintendent for a major heavy civil project in the greater Kingsport area. You will lead 30-40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors to keep design, budget, and schedule on track.

Candidates should have 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction; TDOT experience is a plus but not required. This role offers a strong salary and benefits, with relocation assistance available as a lump-sum
