Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead a major heavy civil project in the greater Kingsport area. You will supervise 30-40 employees on grading and utility work and coordinate 15+ subcontractors to ensure delivery within design, budget, and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy civil supervision; TDOT experience is a plus but not required. This role offers relocation assistance and a strong benefits package, with no travel involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Experience leading 30–40 employees on grading and utility projects.
• Experience coordinating 15+ subcontractors.
• Strong ability to deliver projects within design, budget, and schedule.
• Experience with grading and utility works; TDOT experience preferred but not required.
